Apply SaniDate 5.0 as a dip or spray wash to control the growth of microorganisms that cause decay and spoilage on raw, post harvest and fresh cut fruits and vegetables, as well as on processed fruit and vegetable surfaces.

SaniDate 5.0 is Effective Against:
Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pediococcus damnosus, Xanthomonas axonopodis, Lactobacillus malefermentans and other gram negative and positive bacteria. When applied at recommended disinfectant rates, SaniDate 5.0 Sanitizer/Disinfectant is also effective as a fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
