SaniDate 12.0 MicroBiocide is a high strength, 12% Peracetic Acid-formulated alternative to chlorine treatments in Fruit and Vegetable washes. Use SaniDate 12.0 to control spoilage and decay organisms in process waters and on the surface of fresh cut or post harvest fruits and vegetables in both batch and continuous flow systems, including hydrocoolers and flumes. 

SaniDate 12.0 is effective under a wide range of pH and water conditions and can be used throughout the packinghouse and processing facility. SaniDate 12.0 is also ideal for processors who utilize recycled water.
