- A: You can determine the number of gallons by measuring

(m), and calculate volume using one of the following formulas: Square/Rectangular:
L(ft) x W(ft) x D(ft) x 7.5 = Gallons OR Circular/Elliptical: L(ft)
x W(ft) x D(ft) x 5.9 = Gallons.
