TerraCyte can be used in the following applications:

Established Turf Grasses
Apply TerraCyte to well-established golf course fairways, greens, and tees for the prevention and control of algae, moss, slime molds, and their spores. The best time to apply TerraCyte for curative applications is in the spring or fall when temperatures are 50°F or above.

Spot Treatment on Turf Grasses
Use TerraCyte for spot treatments of algae, moss, slime molds, and their spores. Spoon-feed TerraCyte on infected areas.

Plant Beds and Bench Areas in Nurseries
Use TerraCyte on contaminated beds, as follow-up, or in a preventative approach. TerraCyte can be applied weekly or biweekly. (Contact BioSafe Systems for suggested rates.)
Mature Potted Plants
Use TerraCyte on soil surfaces for the prevention and control of algae, moss, liverwort, slime mold, and their spores. TerraCyte can be applied biweekly. Rinse TerraCyte granules thoroughly from foliage. (Contact BioSafe Systems for suggested rates.)
Seedlings or Recent Transplants
Test the plants for sensitivity to TerraCyte. Use TerraCyte on soil surfaces for the prevention and control of algae, moss, liverwort, slime mold, and their spores. TerraCyte can be applied weekly or biweekly. Rinse TerraCyte granules thoroughly from foliage. (Contact BioSafe Systems for suggested rates.)
Note: TerraCyte is activated by moisture. Applications must be made over wet surfaces. Thoroughly water soil surface to be treated.
